Chic hotel, excellant service, great breakfast. Room was top-notch and stuff very attentive and knowledgeable. Extremely comfy bed, a safe, TV and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. the place was fairly clean, i booked the a double room with views of city, everything was really good. the service was good, the breakfast was delicious and awesome. furthermore, they had free wi-fi.

Fairly clean, luxurious hotel built in a contemporary style. Overall delicious breakfast with free flow Champagne option and Asian food and excellent service. Beautifully designed and modern room, large bathroom.

I absolutely loved my stay in the vibrant Xintiandi area. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and all the bustling nightlife spots. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The bathroom was large and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of both Western and Asian dishes. it was a wonderful experience in the heart of Xintiandi.

The price was a bit overpriced compared to other hotels in the area.

Unbeatable location to a modern museum. Twin room with B1 level and tablet-controlled lighting and TV. Outstanding meals with free soft drinks.

Not professional staff!

I was offered a room with pleasant views of city. The hotel was in a marvellous location, close to a subway station.

The staff are very amiable and caring, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is great. The rooms are well-equipped and include tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator.

Views are not very nice.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and really near the subway. The staff here are attentive to detail and provide excellent service. The rooms are not only spacious but also have a great view of Xintiandi. And the breakfast options are simply fantastic, with multiple cuisines and even a free flow Champagne option.

Everything was fantastic.

The rooms they have were wonderfully decorated and unique with spacious bathrooms as well as lovely bed linen. The location was magnificent and stunning for walking around a public park.

We loved the hotel's location - so near to the two subway lines which made it easy for us to commute around. We were just a few minutes away from the Huangpi South station on Line 1 which was very convenient! The hotel facilities were superb, especially the gym and pool. Cleanliness was also on point - we were impressed with housekeeping. Staff members were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delightful.

Not obvious to find.

I stayed at Andaz for a few nights during my visit to Xintiandi. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels and the happy hour from 6:00 - 8:00 pm was a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby restaurants and entertainment options. One highlight was discovering the Refinery, a fantastic new craft brewery with delicious food and great beer.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The room at Andaz was modern and beautifully decorated. I loved how everything was automated, from the lights to the shades, making it so convenient. The included breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Western and Asian, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were super accommodating and the location was perfect for exploring the restaurants and shops in the area. I had a wonderful stay at Andaz and I would highly recommend it to others.
